Try to eat no more than than 100g or carbohydrates per day and you will see your weight starting to drop quite fast,but safe. It is very important that you eat good carbs and not just fast-food that has loads on unhealthy carbohydrates(but I will get into a bit more detail lower down)

4.Fats
The majority of foods contains fats which are both healthy and unhealthy. You might ask yourself, HOW? Well, you need to eat food that contains fat(see lower down for examples) in order to have a body that functions well and is not tired all the time. All that said, you need to watch the amount of grams of fat that you are eating per day in order to get skinny fast. Try and aim to eat around 60g of fats per day and stick to it. It might seem tough at the beginning, but when the pounds are starting to come off fast, you will be so happy, that you won’t care about missing out on a few fast-food meals.
